Well its been a while since I posted a log and cycle review but I felt like it always helps to have some intelligent and trusted brothers perspectives on here for some feed back/constructive criticism.
im pretty sure this is the correct section to post this.
I appreciate all your support and shared knowledge and experiences to give me more motivation and ideas to get through these days and routines..

About me and my current situation
I have been bodybuilding and strength training consistently for about 14 or 15 years now with any 2 periods of about a year where I lost focus and cut back to once or twice a week. I'm currently bouncing back from this whole covid lockdown.
Stats i am 5'7
188lbs
Sitting at Around 14-16% bodyfat since last being checked.
I'm on a lean bulk running Test Prop 150mg Masteron Prop 150mg for the last 6 weeks and now on my second pin of NPP 150mg all every other day.
As far as training I've been going 3x a week
Day 1 Chest & Back Superset
Incline Bench 3x10 to 12
Wide Pull-down 3x12 to 14

Flat Bench 3x12
Bent over Rows Regular Grip 3x12

Dumbell Flat Bench 4x12-14
Bent over reverse grip Rows 3x8-10

PecDec or Dumbell Flyes DropSets 18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
Bent over Single Dumbell Rows 3x6-8

Single Dumbell Pullovers 3x12

Occasional Seated Cable Rows

I Switch up weekly to cables and machines
Also Heavy Every other week

Day 2 Shoulders and Legs

Day 3 Arms & Core
