      Cycle Log and Training progress

      Well its been a while since I posted a log and cycle review but I felt like it always helps to have some intelligent and trusted brothers perspectives on here for some feed back/constructive criticism.
      im pretty sure this is the correct section to post this.
      I appreciate all your support and shared knowledge and experiences to give me more motivation and ideas to get through these days and routines..

      About me and my current situation
      I have been bodybuilding and strength training consistently for about 14 or 15 years now with any 2 periods of about a year where I lost focus and cut back to once or twice a week. I'm currently bouncing back from this whole covid lockdown.
      Stats i am 5'7
      188lbs
      Sitting at Around 14-16% bodyfat since last being checked.
      I'm on a lean bulk running Test Prop 150mg Masteron Prop 150mg for the last 6 weeks and now on my second pin of NPP 150mg all every other day.
      As far as training I've been going 3x a week
      Day 1 Chest & Back Superset
      Incline Bench 3x10 to 12
      Wide Pull-down 3x12 to 14

      Flat Bench 3x12
      Bent over Rows Regular Grip 3x12

      Dumbell Flat Bench 4x12-14
      Bent over reverse grip Rows 3x8-10

      PecDec or Dumbell Flyes DropSets 18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
      Bent over Single Dumbell Rows 3x6-8

      Single Dumbell Pullovers 3x12

      Occasional Seated Cable Rows

      I Switch up weekly to cables and machines
      Also Heavy Every other week

      Day 2 Shoulders and Legs

      Day 3 Arms & Core

      Will post those routines later, just getting started

      Day 2 Shoulders and Legs

      Bent over felt lateral raises 3x12
      Side delt Raises 3x12
      Dumbell shoulder presses 3x15-13-10
      Barbell shoulder front presses 3x10-8-6
      Arnold Dumbell Presses 3x12
      Prone incline front raises 1x100(to failure) one of my favorite finisher

      Squats 3x12 regular stance, 3x12 close stance 3x8 Sumo stance
      Leg Presses 3x12 Regular, 3x10 in close
      3x8 Wide/Sumo
      Seated leg lifts 3x12-10-8
      Lying leg curls 3x12
      Calf raises on leg press 3x20 regular
      3x16 out, 3x16 in alternating Burnout 3x20-16-12-8-6

      Overall feeling better then I have been for a long time. Now fully on Exo's TestP150_MastP150_NPP150 Eod
      Sitting at 191 very happy with results thus far.

      Some older pics last on is from 2009 I weighed 208 cut down to 178 kept my strength which was great. one of these was my best Dorian Yates pose , cheesy I know lol. The rest are 2014/2015 at around 205

      What's up Brothers! Hope the week is going good or at least heading in the right direction for everyone.
      i started a thread over in supplements regarding velvet bean extract(mucuna pruriens) but I wasn't sure about the rules in that forum regarding discussion of aas so I thought I would throw a few things in here that I wanted to mention tand get any and everyone's thoughts/opinions and experiences if any, I got a lb of raw powder and started today with half tsp or around 5grams to boost some aspects of my cycle and protect others, I've used it in the past with p5p and had success keeping 19nor sides down as well as felt Great.
      I figured it could also help with this trest I'm about to add in to my run,
      Back when i used this last was a way less dose of around 3 to 500mg so I wasn't sure what to expect at 5x that but it was all positives other then the jitters which I'm sure will go away after my body adjusts

      So im wondering if any of you have used it on cycle for any of its many benefits? This could very well be a good natural substitute for certain ancillaries like caber and prami.

      I know just today even though there's a slim chance it was placebo the effects on energy and my libido skyrocketing was great.
      Will update as needed and hope to hear some others chime in. Thanks BOP!

      Finally got my Trest Ace 100 today and I start tomorrow 100mg everything(test & mast props & npp) Eod so the 2nd time I plan to drop it to 75mg 3rd day I'll drop to 50 and stick with that and I'll have a feel for it within a week I'll be able to tell which was best and if I'll have any sides. REALLY looking forward to adding a new compound and one that I haven't touched since late 2014 so this should be fun!
      Did Back and Chest today felt Great

      Took some viagra afterwards for the wife it gives me more control over climax and I haven't seen her in a week so with the libido being in overdrive this week I knew I would go quick so I wanted the "BLUE PILL" to slow it down.
      I think it sky rockets the blood pressure even at 25mg my head felt like it wanted to pop and got a migraine still dealing with it lightly now after taking some BP med and my headache remedy.. anyone got any suggestions to combat this? Its never happened until the last couple months with viagra and lavitra so I would appreciate ANY suggestions!
