I've had to cut a meal out as I was eating too many calories and as of right now I'm not doing 45-60 mins of cardio a day. I'm consuming about 2500 cals now with less than 30 g of carbs a day. Really the only carbs I'm consuming are the incidentals from veggies.

Just under 224 this morning. Had a good few cheats today and busted my ass off training chest and doing 30 mins of spin sweating my balls off. Definitely finding good motivation now training at home.

Results are really starting to show now. Though I really just don't have a great spot for photo taking and lighting.*
One more day of clen at 50 MCG and then A week off. Going to up my t3 to 100 MCG on Monday.*
