Yesterday was Chest and Triceps, i was much stronger on the incline yesterday, because day before was rest day.
today Back and Biceps and than i will go swimming
Weight is at 231 lbs

+ 4 lbs is not good, but i have realy hard times last 5 days to eat....things going better now, hope will still so
Your Trainingmethod without an air condition at 38 degrees is terrible :) :)
