Well I've been crazy busy at my shop last couple of days and haven't gotten home till after 8pm so I've missed my Workouts but looking to get home early today and kill arms again.
We'll see if I can get out early.

Between Bench Dips-- 4 sets of 20

Rope Hammer Curls-- 4 sets of 12
Lying High Pulley Curls-- 4 sets of 10
Diamond Push Ups-- 2 sets of 20
Concentration Curls-- 2 sets of 15 each arm.

You don’t see pin presses very often. I have them on my routine currently. Right after Larson presses.

Thanks man.Yeah, I only started them a Little while back and love them.Great for getting past sticking points in the bench and upping to a new max wt.I do them many times from low Position but will also do mid and higher as well.
They get me ready for a full range of motion bench as well.

The low position can bother my shoulder a little at times. They are a great accessory. I usually do them as singles with at least 10-15 seconds between each rep.
I haven’t done them from the mid position which where I usually have a sticking point. Maybe I should give them a try in that range.
I do them on my second upper day of the week. Either work the triceps real good or hit the chest before doing them and you can really feel the other muscle.

Yes sir,I would definitely try them at mid level.Great for breaking past that sticking point.
Like I said, I always change things up and try new exercises and angles all the time.
