Just got done tonights workout!! Went good and was able to add in 3 rounds of Squats--40 Reps and Bench Step ups- 15 reps each leg.

LEGS DEMOLISHED!!!
Squats-- 5 sets of 12
Lunges-- 4 sets of 15 each leg.
Front Narrow Squats-- 5 sets of 15
Leg Curls-- 5 sets of 15
Stiff Legged Deadlifts -- 4 sets of 12
Jumping Squats-- 3 sets of 20
Seated Calf Raises-- 3 sets of 30

Oh yeah, just for the record, im 54yrs young(53 last time I was here) and work 6 days a week, 12hrs a day and still have time for family outdoor activities, cooking and Praying at the Iron Altar.

SUPER SETS:
Shoulder Press-- 5 sets of 12
Upright Rows-- 5 sets of 15
Front Raise W/45lb Plate-- 5 sets of 10
Upright Rows Behind Back-- 3 sets of 15, 2 sets of 20
Shrugs-- 4 sets of 20
Side Laterals-- 4 sets of 12
Rolling Shrugs-- 3 sets of 20
Decline Sit Ups-- 3 sets of 30
Decline Leg Raises-- 3 sets of 20
