6/21 190lbs today
I think I really need to throw back on a few lbs for a couple weeks. I'm afraid scales dropping a bit too fast. For first time I actually damn near lost my shit at gym. Can't wait for school to go back. It was so packed and couldn't get on shit. All hard working kids and doing nothing wrong except one of em but aggravated me anyway cause missed a couple exercises and important ones too.
Biceps
Spider curl- 65x10/8/7/7
Incline curls- 30×8/10
Hi pulley curl- 60×8/8
BACK
T-bar row wide grip(had to work in so no close grip)- 4plates×10/8
Chest supported DB row- 65×8/8
Supinated seated row- 130×10 & 140×8
Pullups- BWx6/6(barely)
Str8 arm pulldown- 110×12 & 130×10
HAMS
Seated ham curl- 165×10/10/8/6
