Ok so I'm 8 weeks out minus 2 days. Stats now are a cunt hair under 5'11" and I'm currently at say 193.5lbs. I'm going to do my first show soon in the classic physique division. True novice, masters over 35, and gotta go for the open while I'm there. It may seem like an odd.split but it seems to be working well so far. Chest/quads/tris, bis/back/hams, and shoulders/traps/forearms, off.repeat. it's 4 sets x 5-8 reps but I only record the last 2 best sets. They're either to failure or till I'm sure I can't do another rep w/o breaking form. I'm a few weeks in so I'll just pick up with today. Imma bit too lean for 8 weeks so was told to up cals a bit. Lastly, all reps are slow and controlled. I don't count all reps but first 2 I'll count to 3 on negative and 2 on the concentric
