I'm looking to do a show late next year and wanting to do a self contest prep in the next few months just to see what i am capable of doing. I'm not doing an actual show i just wanna do a full prep (12-16 weeks) and see what package i could bring and see if i actually have the discipline to do a show + i've got a holiday in January that i would be lean for if i was to do this. In saying so when it comes to the process of priming the body for a prep and progessively making a deficit along the way what would be the best way to do so
