Self/practice Contest prep
I'm looking to do a show late next year and wanting to do a self contest prep in the next few months just to see what i am capable of doing. I'm not doing an actual show i just wanna do a full prep (12-16 weeks) and see what package i could bring and see if i actually have the discipline to do a show + i've got a holiday in January that i would be lean for if i was to do this. In saying so when it comes to the process of priming the body for a prep and progessively making a deficit along the way what would be the best way to do so

Look up the book by Dr Scott Stevens "be your own bodybuilding coach" his fortitude training is awesome. I like it at least
