Legs still weak from Friday didn’t recover very well

My back pump was ultra intense for about 45 minutes. Unsure for a minute if it was a back pump or injury. Still not sure but no real pain

I don’t usually give advice but here is some anyways.
Don’t pin 5-600 mg in a glute on the same side your back is stiff. Wasn’t sure if it was back pumps from the var. Wasn’t sure if it was heavy squats. Wasn’t sure it was all the gear. I am sure my right side is sore.
