Cybex Eagle row machine 3x12
Tricep dumbbell supine extension 3x15
Dumbbell shoulder shrugs 3x20
Ez bar tricep extension 3x15
Ez bar preacher curl 3x12
Cable seated row 3x12
Had a great pump as I left the gym. Protein, glazed doughnut, and headed for a 3 mile hike now.

You notice much of a difference with cardarine?
I ran the inj form. Honestly I was on so much shit at that time I couldnt tell you what was doing what lol
