Thanks John! I am staying positive, going through logs looking for ways to succeed.
I have the rack for squats so I don’t have to hold the bar. Have some time under tension routines I may have to use.
Brother I am making plans to succeed. Everyone gets hurt at some point in this life style. The dedicated ones go one. I will go on.

Alright life really throws stuff at us.
When I fell last thanksgiving I damaged the joint where the tibia sits in the ankle socket. I have flattened a portion of the tibia and the ankle joint. The ligaments and tendons are also out of place.
So that needs some minor reconstruction.
2 weeks no weight, 2 weeks in crutches, 4 weeks in a boot, and 4 weeks of rehab.
8 weeks out of the gym minimum….
Carpal Tunnel on hand is 3 weeks of recovery 4 weeks out of the gym.
So I have a little recovery period to look forward too. I should be back in full action by April.
Just gonna run trt until then. That first cycle might be a bit crazy, but by then I will be looking forward too it.
Gonna look into using some GH during that time maybe some peptides to speed healing.

Once I get back from vacation I am going to start the my-677. When I run through that I am going to get some GH for myself for Christmas. Probably some peptides too. I will heal up in time to start a cycle for next summer.

First day back from a week off. Always feel so weak!!!

I think finding out I need surgery affected me mentally while trying to work legs.
Adductors
Abductors
Kickbacks
Squats sets of 10

Leg press
495 sets of 20
Leg extensions
Calf raises
I am not sure if my muscles are tight from working them, from the deload, or just mental health. Today sucked so bad. I wasn’t there to perform today.
