Upper body
Test cruise 300 mg of cyp weekly
Struggle bussing it today.
Calorie cuts always hit my performance hard.
Seated DB curls 3 sets of 12 40 lbs
Decline skull crushes 3 sets of 12 110 lbs
Bench Press
4 sets of 225x8 using pretty light weights
My wrist and left shoulder have some severe pain
Cable curls 3 sets of 12 60 lbs
Tricep push downs 3 sets of 15 77lbs
Partial lat raises 3 sets of 12 50 lbs
Decline chest press 3 sets of 12 315 lbs
Food pretty similar meat may change a little but meals our similar daily
Protein 220
Carbs 250 on training days 150 on others
Fats 40-70 grams

The warmup has helped with low back pain and even a little muscle engagement.
