The past 5 days or so I’ve had zero energy. I couldn’t get up. I’d take all my preworkout drugs and still couldn’t get up. I finally figured out it was the addition of Cardarine(GW-501516). I didn’t take it today and I had an awesome leg workout. I’m hoping my energy is 100% normal in a couple days. I’m sticking with Berberine 600mg twice during the morning and metformin 500mg SR at night, and kratom morning and early afternoon. All 3 of those are glucose disposal agents/ diabetes type drugs. Cardarine was just too much. It forces the body to use body fat over carbs for energy, and I have no body fat. I seriously thought I was dying. I thought my time was up. Then my dad said it could be low blood sugar, and it hit me. I was basically taking 4 diabetes drugs. I was freezing cold which is one sign of metformin over dose but my metformin dose is low. It was the combination of all the glucose disposal drugs. If I feel horrible tomorrow then I’ll have to look at other possibilities, but today I’m much better, thank God!

- 5 sets feet elevated push-ups for upper chest
- 4 sets push-ups with hands on sliders sliding hands inward while pressing upwards to the top
- 4 sets dumbbell flies followed by dumbbell presses
- 4 sets band flies up high, down low, and mid range.

I didn’t count sets because I had to stop half way through my workout and handle a family issue before finishing the last half of the workout.
