It’s nice to train early . Gets your whole day on track!

I do one early day a week. I do better training in the afternoon. I still like to lift heavy on a few days.

I find that the 30 degree bench hits my chest better on the dumbbell bench press. The 45 has its place but I like the lower degree incline for sure.

Me too. I do a lot of 25-35° pressing. Well, that's how I log it it may be 20-30°

Life's been hectic with schedule changes due to daycare closed and sickness/injuries. Hoping to start getting back on track tomorrow and posting everyday. Diet has been shaky the past week too unfortunately with all the stress but we are human I suppose.

I prefer training in the mornings. I feel stronger and like you said it just gets the day right

When you’re stressed and ill, just survive. You’ll get on track when you’re healthy.
