Laying leg curl- few warm up sets and the feeders to a top set of 8 followed by 30% decrease in weight then to failure and 10 partials out the bottom.
Leg press- worked to a top set of 8 for 2 sets
Hack squat- 3x8 moderate weight very slow and controlled going to a 3/4 lockout
Leg extensions- picked a hard set of 10 then immediately did 25 partials from the bottom each leg
SLDL- moderate weight very slow and controlled 3x10
Toe press- 4x15

Tibia raise 4x10

Food is pretty basicScreenshot_20220906-194205_MyFitnessPal.jpg every 1st and second lunch is the same everyday 2cups rice 5oz free range chicken and reds. Dinner tonight though I ate some mf tacos and saved room in my calories for a little snack.

Lol yeah only free range chicken. It helps get my protein otherwise its tough. The volume of legumes and shit you have to eat is crazy. And it was a plant based diet, I can never give up killing shit.1 crazy thing though I had waayyyy more energy when it was strictly plants. Plus I blew huge loads too lol

Nothing fancy today, its supposed to be a off day but I did arms and some weak point work.
Dual handle push down- 3x10 50% reduction and went to failure
Tate DB press- 4x12
Overhead extension- 4x10 with a weighted stretch at the end of each set
Dips
EZ bar drag curl- 3x10 last set 20 partials out the bottom
Cross bench hammer curl-3x10
EZ bar curl- 2x10 end of first set partials to failure from top half 2nd was the same but bottom half
Weak point work.
Very slow pause bench with a wide grip
SS
Slight incline DB going very wide and with a deep stretch
Curry 3way pulldowns

Holy shit the tren is definitely hitting. I have very little appetite unless it sweets lmao. How do you make it better when your forcing yourself to eat.

My thing is chocolate, so I either I eat chocolate almond granola or just buy a sea salt dark chocolate bar and go to town.

Chocolate chicken and rice
Chocolate top sirloin and broccoli
Chocolate protein wraps
Chocolate low-fat Greek yogurt
If I take tren I will probably reread this then feel sick to my stomach and get mad that I wrote something so stupid. Then have anxiety that other people think I am an idiot. Lol
