Yesterday hit chest and shoulders.

Same workout as before just trying to beat the weight or reps used before on slight DB incline. It's nothing crazy but im aiming for 100lb DB for 6 reps.
What I do is once I hit 10 or 12 reps I up the weight and repeat. Simple but effective.

Today I hit arms. Just went for a crazy pump and pyramid on triceps.

I'm finding it at this point its very very difficult to eat and I'm having terrible indigestion. I literally have to eat cereal and cookies to stay in a surplus. Not sure what to do here.
