Yesterday did chest and shoulders
Slight DB incline working up to beat what I did the last chest day 100lbx9
Incline BB same thing as DB
Pec minor dips 3xfailure
Low cable crossover 1x8 then a huge drop set to failure
DB side lateral partials 3x20
Reverse pec deck 3x10 with five partials from the stretch position.
Abs

This morning I did arms. Pretty basic so no need to post it all. I just really train for the pump on arms, it feels best for me and more connected. 1 thing I do always do is an exercise from each angle or position of the elbow

Legs today.
Laying leg curl- 3heavy sets of 10 with 5 partials out the bottom
Box squats- I just kept climbing weight until I slipped form
Leg extension- 2x10 2nd set is 10 wait 20s and 10 again.
Leg press- 1x30 20s rest then go to failure
SLDL-5or6 sets of 10. Lighter weight but really focusing on form

I just realized I never posted what I'm running lmao
Using flash blend 3cc or ml/wk
50mg tbol
25mg aromasin/wk split
.25mg caber/wk
This is all ran for a quick 8 wks. Have to say I'm feeling awesome and it's the most smooth pins I've had.

Yesterday hit chest and shoulders.
Same workout as before just trying to beat the weight or reps used before on slight DB incline. It's nothing crazy but im aiming for 100lb DB for 6 reps.
What I do is once I hit 10 or 12 reps I up the weight and repeat. Simple but effective.
Today I hit arms. Just went for a crazy pump and pyramid on triceps.
I'm finding it at this point its very very difficult to eat and I'm having terrible indigestion. I literally have to eat cereal and cookies to stay in a surplus. Not sure what to do here.

Try Tudca for digestion?
Double progressive overload was one of Charles Poloquin’s staples. You have to hit sets and reps for a specific weight. Solid means to put on mass.

I'll try tudca. And also weird thing but my appetite came back. I think I got a couple wks left and then ill do a hard mini cut. Probably 6wks long, but in a steep deficit.

I have heard for years that Tudca was great. I tried it and 3 of my family members take it daily also. works great for normalization of digestion.
