      Today was killer. Had incredible focus and pump today.
      Arsenal incline was hitting so good we added and extra set. Sometimes you just gotta roll with the feeling. I rarely do it but it didn't affect the log book so I guess it's ok.

      Today was great. That big bang pre workout had me not wanting to leave the gym at all.
      I finally caved in and switched to cable curls today. I dunno why but barbells just don't hit me right but a cable fucks me up. I assume it's the line of pull. I gotta show So i gotta do what I feel right now and that's cables.
      Destroyed the log book in everyway today.

      Ez bar cable curl
      50x10/6(heavy ass cable. I'd do 100-110 at old gym)

      Str8 bar rev cable curls
      35x15/11

      DB pullover
      65x20/13

      Dante pulldowns
      85x9
      70x11

      Seated cable row w/ mag grip
      100x11/10

      Landmine row
      5.5 plates X 9.5
      5 plates X 13

      It has always been a favorite lift of mine also. 500 for reps is solid. You had to be moving in on a 600lb pull.
