      So all went well aside from my pulldowns. 3 reps in it was obvious I wasn't beating or even matching the log book so dropped the weight back 5lbs and got more reps. Had a great pump and won on everything else by far tho.

      Happy bday to me. What did I get? Some more popped fibers in my quad. Workout was going awesome till it wasn't. Felt that crack/pop in quads again first heavy rep on hack squats so I quit right there obviously. Was able to do 4 sets of extensions for quads to hopefully make up for it.

      Well happy birthday, until it wasn’t happy anymore.

      Had the same thing happen on hack squats, but my bad I told some girl to leave her weight on then added to it. She is quite strong with nice legs. Mine were sore for a few weeks and not as nice.
