I am guessing your cables are weighted fairly heavy. I have noticed that cable machines can be very subjective. 55 lbs of dead weight or 55 lbs of weight that jumps up and moves around by itself.

So everything held well today aside from shoulder pressing. Something was off in my rear delt and hurt a lot trying to press but the 2nd set felt fine and so did the lateral raises. After rewatching the videos my ROM could've been better on 2nd set of DB presses but nothing to cry about.
