I am guessing your cables are weighted fairly heavy. I have noticed that cable machines can be very subjective. 55 lbs of dead weight or 55 lbs of weight that jumps up and moves around by itself.

Muscles look round and 3d
You look leaner but bigger with the separation and striations ....lookin good brother and still got 9 weeks to go !

Happy bday to me. What did I get? Some more popped fibers in my quad. Workout was going awesome till it wasn't. Felt that crack/pop in quads again first heavy rep on hack squats so I quit right there obviously. Was able to do 4 sets of extensions for quads to hopefully make up for it.
