      Had a pretty good pull day. Def feeling the low carb days now. I did have a high day yesterday but won't have another till Sunday I believe it is.

      Those mag grips are phenomenal! I met the inventor and worked out with him and his daughter.
      Pretty phenomenal she is a person trainer he is 5 7” and as wide as two men.

      Had a pretty good leg day today. Still nursing the adductor so only pushing it so hard. Hard enough to retain my leg size at least. Still hitting the calves and hams as hard as possible tho .

      Standing calves
      180x12/10/9

      Seated hams
      190x9
      165x12

      Leg press/cluster set
      5pps x 5/5/5/5/5/5
      Jumped 1 plate at a time and did 10 reps all the way up just to get some volume.
