10/3 chest/bis 206lbs-207lbs all week
So I went into this day not sick but just getting over a chest cold and no energy at all. Warm-up sets felt sooooo gd heavy but once the working weight was on me it just seemed to move and damn good too. Killed the log book again. I'd kill a set then drag to the next one and kill it again. I usually record workouts but the last warm up felt so heavy I knew I was doomed so just added weight and hopes for the best. After smashed first set I assumed it was a fluke and didn't record the next either, I was wrong so just let the camera off and smashed it.

Eat the log book again. Had some crazy swelling in upper pec for a while after but it's calming down now. Maybe it was just ridiculous and semi painful pump up there we'll see if it's good tomorrow.

It's was a good one but my lower back is shot. Joints aching all over so I think it's time to deload next week. Ive beat the log book and put on over 20lbs the last 2 mos so I think it's been well earned. I didn't do my deadlift variation and gonna save my low back rest of week. My right upper pec is still swollen but not as bad and still more sore than the rest of chest so there's another good reason to have a deload week before I for real hurt myself. I was 209.2 lbs this am and on Aug 6 I completed at 186.2lbs.
