12/8 upper body
As stated before, I'm gonna just settle in to the upper/lower/upper split week 1 and lower/upper/lower week 2 hence the upper today instead of push. I think it was a pretty good day despite the hard week of training. Don't know till ya try tho, right. I really gotta remember those weighted stretches after! Think I'll pretty much have my weights dialed in next week too. Looking for closer to 10 reps for first mini set aside from maybe shoulders and arms.
All sets are DC RP sets if you dunno already
Hammer incline
2.5pps x 15/3/2(that huge drop off was odd)
Hammer shoulder press

Smith close grip bench press

Pull ups with neutral grip

Yes your so right my brother if i didn’t have bad luck I would have any luck at all lol,I’m going to the gym this morning to work a little arms and maybe a little cardio and then Monday start back full on I’m so tired of not being able to go I’ll post my workout program and my new cycle I’m gonna use

12/19 upper body c
I forgot to update yesterday. Everything went awesome till the end when it was deadlift time. Seems deadlift been my nemesis for one reason or another. My calf I told you about last week never got any better and should've known better than to try to load it deadlifting. Question is, what to do about legs day?! Maybe I'll just skip calves, I dunno. I know I'm not doin calves on leg press again damnit. Anywho,
