I had the most growth with hitting calves from all three angles (toes straight,toes out and toes in)
I do a lot of high reps and pause reps. Top and bottom of the lift.
I will add the angles and see how that works.

Incorporated the stretch into all my back workouts. It is a game changer. Don’t do it all the time, but definitely in hypertrophy phases.
