Hack squat superset smith machine squat 4 sets
leg press (vertical) superset leg press (horizontal)
smith machine 2 heavy sets
Below the knee Rack pulls 3 sets of 3-6
Calf raise 3 x failure
leg extension 4x 12-15
lying leg curl 4 x 12 - 15

Hey, God bless Iron. You can be honest, but I’ve just been feeling super insecure about the physique lately. Others say I’m making changes but my ocd always gets worse. I feel as though I’m losing the shreds and getting smaller, lol. Which everyone says is the opposite. I mean you’re absolutely JACKED, so your perception of my physique is novice LMAO
here’s a better quality after chest and triceps today

Thanks brother I hope to be jacked one day lol never satisfied. Your looking diced man. Overall good proportions and v taper coming in nicely. Hard work and dedication and u seem to be doing both damn good

man, you LOOK AMAZING. Dry , 3D muscle bellies and great amount of size. Goals brother ! And thank you so much for the kind words God bless. I do work very hard and truly want to be something in this industry, but also help others achieve their goals as well! I’ve noticed more width for sure. Arms, forearms and chest still need a lot of work , everything does but those are the main weak points. Legs have been making some good progress

That leg workout was brutal but supersetting has been nice. Definitely an experiment I’m trying, but I’m noticing a lot of strength doing so

Were all our own worst critics brotha. No one can ever be as hard on us as we can.
You might be a hard gainer but I see alot more dense muscle compared to pics before. Looks like you put size on evenly throughout your body.
It's tough to see our own differences, cause we analyze and nitpick ourselves everyday.
Oh yeah, and as for still being shredded. Dont even start with that lol. Dude you're still sliced in as always.

Loom ! That means a lot to me coming from you. I thought I saw some density coming in , but I am very ocd. God bless! The brothers are helping me out big time. I’m also going through a lot of stress and feel lonely during the holidays , so I get become harder on myself when my all around emotional state isn’t the best.
A week in to going back to deadlifts and heavy compounds … today during back/bi , already back up to 405! Very excited about my new strength gains!
