Legs 10/8 Trained with a local bodybuilder on a couple of exercises, He came in and I asked to hit some stuff and he really pushed me to failure . (All exercises after leg press)
Lying leg curl 3x 12-15
Hack squat 5x 12, 8, 4-6, 4(Heavy, so I went back down), 10
Leg press 3x 12-20 (Mixing stances)
W/ bb
Horizontal leg press 1x warm up , 1x 6-8 with forced reps, last set 3-7 forced reps. Felt destroyed after this with someone forcing me
Seated plate loaded leg curl 1 warm up, 1x 10-12, 1x failure w/ forced reps
Calf raises seated 2x failure
calf raise on leg press machine 2x failure
Leg extension 1x 8, 1x rest pause 10/8/4 w/ forced reps
Destroyed lol. I have a new understanding for hard training now

got pretty sick last week from having to go out of town . Being in a new area I guess did it to me lol. Also, I’ve been helping a friend get ready for a show . He competes this weekend so will keep you all updated
upped the dhb a bit and feeling really good plus exo is 0 pip
decided to switch back to mast instead of primo as I don’t feel I can run it high enough to notice benefits
