After 2 1/2 years off because of 3 leg surgeries I’m back as of today was my first day back
Day 1-Shoulders/Traps,cardio
Day2-Arms,cardio
Day3-Legs,cardio
Day-4 Back,cardio
Day-5 Chest,cardio
Day-6 Rest
Day-7 Rest

Woke up sore as hell this morning from yesterday went real light today and gonna take it easy afraid I over done it yesterday a bit just so anxious to get back Into it
Getting my diet in check thrower away my bread and chips lol... gotta get used to all this again gonna take me a while !

Any advice on my log would be appreciated I haven’t done one of these in so long so if I’m leaving stuff out let me know I gotta get some pics tomorrow at the gym for my log as well juzt be patient guys I’ll get it going

. Hit the arms pretty hard! I wish you a healthy and injury free log and my only advice is : DONT RUSH AND BE CONSISTENT. Two things I myself learned the hard way more than a few...ten times over!
. Best of luck and dial in the macros; it is the hardest thing to do. A food log{for you, not so much here} is an important tool. I post quite a lot but it isnt even part of what I do. I always wrote down my kcals/macro ratios as closely as possible{just for my personal information}until I could pin point what was working whether bulking or cutting. I don’t know what maintenance is Yet! Lol. After you find what is easiest to prep and eat daily; you mastered 70% of a good run. Also of course keeping track of poundage per set/exaercise. Pencil and paper
!! Or one of these cool apps; I transfer my writing down when I have downtime. Kick Ass , Take Names
