all around…. except I’m still doing smith machine squats and hacks opposed to barbell. I need to relearn bb squats. So, I think I’ll incorporate sumos on leg day

Leg day today . Brutal
hack squat superset leg press 4 sets
Smith machine squat superset horizontal plate load leg press 4 sets
romanian deadlift superset calf raise (seated) 3
sets
leg extension 4 x failure
lying leg curl 1 x 10-12, 1 rest pause dropset
Endurance has really been increasing since the experiment with supersets started. At first, they’re extremely difficult, but the body adapts well. I can say, I’ve never had the amount of pump that they deliver compared to straight sets.
Chest day tomorrow
