      Thoughts on Dairy Products

Some guys avoid dairy completely, claiming it bloats them and is high in fat, which is true in some cases. Personally, I consume a ton of Fairlife skim milk and low fat cottage cheese. Thoughts on dairy?

anything in excess is bad for you. I use some dairy but exercise moderation. Won’t give up milk have at least a cup every morning.

Thats because the pasturization process destroys the enzymes in the milk that are there naturally to digest the milk. Drink raw milk.

There is no right answer as everyone will react differently to different things.I personally have no issues with dairy and eat and drink it everyday.

It's a full send in my book haha, I love dairy and either get FF products to eat or grass fed if it's whole milk to drink.

I eat the low fat version of cottage cheese and Greek yogurt all the time. No issues.

      I cannot drink milk.

Those and A2 dairy products from meijer. They contain the right enzymes for digestion.
