Good freaking job my man! I thought I was a leg press beast lol, Cant squat nearly anything close my PR was like 450ish me too tall.. My PR was 1000 x8 back at 200lbs and 10 yrs back. You just got me ready to shot for the that goal again.. Thanks

I like to bang out those heavy leg presses also, then extensions, then some squats or hacks
When I do squat these days I only squat after being pre-exhausted. Quads get a great pump and I don't feel like my back is going to break!
Squats would have to be my least favorite exercise! I love leg press though.
We do squats first then leg press then extension Ham/quads last.I just got my squat to 405 but they are kind of half squats but when I first got to 315a while back I half squatted those then one day my work out bud said man ur going deep onThose squats so in time ill full squat that 405.
