So 4months ago I realized I was a fat mother fucker I’m 26. 5”5 230lbs stopped working out for 2 years 4months later I’m currently at 190lbs morning weight I’m also not trying to look how I did when I cut for my show when I was 150 I still want to get leaner just more adding lean mass as for my diet
meal1
6oz chicken breast 1 cup rice pre workout
workout first thing in the morning
post workout
2scoops of optimum nutrition whey
meal 2
6oz chicken breast 1 cup rice
meal 3
6oz chicken breast broccolie and kimchi sometimes I elimite the broccolie and kimchi and do another rice
before bed 2tbsp peanut butter with oikos yogurt
I know the diet is plain I know the fats are low if I add more it’s usually snacking on walnuts
and also I have not done ANY cardio these past 4months only lifting because fuck cardio I do that enough walking out the stores to my car LOL
Almost a week on Test e 250/Tren Ace 400mg weekly dosing with t3/t4 combo just got off DNP for 3 weeks
Any input fellas will post pics what I looked like at 150 and now 190 can not do at 230 because it is horrendous LOL
