I know the diet is plain I know the fats are low if I add more it’s usually snacking on walnuts
and also I have not done ANY cardio these past 4months only lifting because fuck cardio I do that enough walking out the stores to my car LOL

Almost a week on Test e 250/Tren Ace 400mg weekly dosing with t3/t4 combo just got off DNP for 3 weeks

Any input fellas will post pics what I looked like at 150 and now 190 can not do at 230 because it is horrendous LOL
My diet is just as plain. I eat almost the same thing daily.
If we go out I eat salad and put everything on the side so I can make it myself.

You are doing well I have always been into heavy lifting and leaning out is tough. I like to eat and lift heavy weights.

230 to 190 most people would love to say they could have done that!
