Aiming to keep on dropping weight just looking for some help.

5’5 183 14% BF
Gear
Recently upped test to 500week Tren ace 450week starting Anavar 50mg ed in a week.
Recently dropped from 230lbs to 180 without any cardio been at 180-183 morning weight for about 2weeks yes visually still getting leaner it looks just sometimes it’s the mind fuck.
just added 20mins cardio 15incline 3.5speed only been 2days upped it from 10mins after a week.
diet
Meal 1 PWO
kodiak oatmeal 1swrv PB
meal 2 6oz chicken 140g rice
Meal 3 same as 2
Meal 4 6oz chicken half advacado
final meal serving of oikos yogurt mixed with on protein powder serving a PB half serving almond milk and a tbsp of sugar free jelly
I have the macros broken down but paper is at home I can update I believe it was around 1600cals 55fat 180protein 150carbs will update.

If it's working for you I wouldn't change a thing. What's the problem? If it's because you've been stagnant a couple weeks then just have a couple cheat meals

Yeah I had one dropped to 178 morning weight than back to regular diet back up to normal the mind fuckery lol
