      Monolifts

Does anyone NOT recommend monolifts? The reason I ask is that, based on reviews, they are highly recommended. However, I am constantly seeing used monolifts on sale (particularly the Rogue version). When someone attemps to sell a used item, you automatically ask yourself; is there is something wrong with it? or was the buyer not fully satisfied? etc... I like the idea of not having to step out during squats, or not needing a lift-off when bench pressing. I think it would do wonders for my joints. Anyone, please chime in.

It could be the base is to narrow or the arms that hold the bar hit the person’s bicep. Or maybe that person trains alone and doesn’t have someone to run the rack

Thanks. They are pretty costly, therefore I'd like to find out as much information as I can prior to purchasing it.

      Monolifts

I’ve used the mono rack a few times. It’s convenient but was awkward and I hesitated a few times at first. If ur used to stepping back stepping up off the peg to squat in the power cage then it prob will take a couple times to get used to it.

Haven’t use the adjustable one by rogue though. Looks cool

So in your opinion, there is nothing faulty about the equiment, and it is just a potential adaptation issue. Thanks.

I haven’t had issues with the mechanics of using it nor have heard of anyone personally but where there are moving parts there is more chance of failure.

Adaptation imo and experience. Give it a try man I think you will like it

I’d definitely recommend them. I’ve been squatting out of them for 20 years now and I love ‘em

Thanks for the feedback. I will begin researching all brands in order to determine which one to purchase.
