      Trained chest yesterday gojng heavy stressed the shoulder a bit so I cut back to using SST TRAINING if you never tried it you have to what a pump in the muscle you can really focus a squeeze !!! Here is how it’s done !!
      1 set =
      3 x 10 30 sec rest between rounds ( make it fucking hard to get the last few reps of each round )
      DROP WEIGHT 20%
      5 negatives with a 5 sec count
      DROP WEIGHT 20 %
      5 concentric with a 5 sec count
      DROP WEIGHT 20 %
      45 sec static hold then set is over

      really works all the fibers of the muscle

      LETS FUCKING DO THIS !!!

      WORK HARD IN SILENCE LET SUCCESS BE YOUR NOISE

      Hey brothers so Tuesday was back a weds is chest then 2 days rest a today will be arms a shoulders ,currently training 4 days a week to get good recovery a pound the food !!!
      Another pin of the GEN LABS sus,eq,an masteron a very smooth with no pip which is good !!!

      Gonna train legs on Sunday an Iíll post entire workout as my leg training is off the wall a bit lol !!
