Trained chest yesterday gojng heavy stressed the shoulder a bit so I cut back to using SST TRAINING if you never tried it you have to what a pump in the muscle you can really focus a squeeze !!! Here is how it’s done !!
1 set =
3 x 10 30 sec rest between rounds ( make it fucking hard to get the last few reps of each round )
DROP WEIGHT 20%
5 negatives with a 5 sec count
DROP WEIGHT 20 %
5 concentric with a 5 sec count
DROP WEIGHT 20 %
45 sec static hold then set is over

really works all the fibers of the muscle
