      TRAINS ROAD TO THE MASTERS WORLDS 24

      Hey brothers gonna post this log here also as it is in YOUR MUSCLE SHOP forum !!!
      So first a huge thank you to YOUR MUSCLE SHOP for making this log happen!!! I will be using all YOUR MUSCLE SHOP GEAR as I try to add size to make my pro debut next year !!!
      Im 57 an a IFBB MASTERS PRO yes 57 an old mfer but I can out train alot of younger guys trust me !!!
      I will be using sustanon , eq, masteron prop an proviron Iím currently sitting at 230lb a just want to add quality tissue before prep would start !!!
      My trainjng is a variation of DOGGCRAPP an SST TRAINING an I will gonto
      Y3T TRAINING when my log book tells me to !!
      im open for any questions,comments ,suggestions etc !!!
      NOW LETS GET THIS FUCKING TRAIN ROLLING !!!!

      My plan is to add as much quality size as possible before the prep would start Iím currently sitting at 230 lb Iím 57 an a IFBB PRO MASTERS I will be competing in the 212 division an the 55 + division of bodybuilding of course
      cycle will consist of sustanon ,eq ,mast prop , with proviron !! My training is a version of DOGGCRAPP an SST TRAINING that I feel really works for me an I will go to Y3T training also depending on my log book !!!

      im open for any questions or comments an yes Iím a old mfer but trust me you wonít ever out work me !!!

      I loved DC in my off season. Added about 12 lbs vs my biggest the year before. That's the same cycle I plan to run after show too for next growing phase.

      I keep DC training in all thru prep I feel it gives me that hard grainy look when dieted down

      I kinda wish I'd kept doing it. Kept the same split just switched to str8 sets since Dante said it wasn't a good idea to do DC thru a cut

      I do it my coach even told me to continue with it as he had a lot of top pros who do it thru prep

      Whatís up brothers !!! So first letís talk about YOUR MUSCLE SHOP packaging it is amazing everything they sent is packed in its own place it was best Iíve seen !!
      Now first pin was very smooth an no pip so now letís wait to see the strength of it .

      TUESDAY ( BACK DAY )

      incline laying db rows
      warmup
      2 sets DOGGCRAPP
      1 x 20

      cable pulley rows low on the waist squeeze for 3 sec
      reps 16,12,10,8,6, drop set back down for last set

      meadows rows
      2 DOGGCRAPP SETS
      1 x 20

      pulldowns
      12,10,8,6 these reps are goals but all sets taken to failure

      DHandles cable pulls
      pick a weight an go down the stack till you can no longer get 10 reps

      rope pullovers
      3 x 20

      static stretch 45 sec

      Good workout overall still nursing a sore rear delt but slowly getting better but that wonít fucking stop me !!í
