My dear online friend inspired me to include some drop sets.
Push Ups--5 sets of 40
Pin Press--4 sets of 12, 2 drop sets w/3 drops
Low Incline Bench Press--4 sets of 8
Decline Bench Press--4 sets of 10, 1 drop set
Jabs W/ Resistance Bands 2 Rounds of 40 seconds.

I love the low incline press. Hits my chest wonderfully. Flat hits my chest awesome too unlike most people for some reason. As good, if not better than a machine press

Thanks for the reply. I'm always changing it up. Flat, Low Incline, High Incline, Declines...always trying to shock my muscles. Even at 56yrs young, I'm still always looking for a different way to hit my muscles.

Was hoping to Kill legs tonight but my family had other plans. They all ganged up on me and wanted to go out to the Mall and dinner again. So...."Happy Family and Wife, Happy Life"!
Got plenty of leg workout walking around the mall though.
So I'll have to visit the Iron Altar tomorrow.
