      Happy Thursday BOP family. Well last night was supposed to be another Arm blast but I didn't leave my garage till very late so by the time I got home it was around 8:45pm so to late to eat and got the Iron after.

      Ahhh my brother, lucky you. I live at least 1 1/2 hrs from my shop so I get up that early just so I can have my breakfast or protein shake and get to work early to open up. If I wanted to workout before work, I'd have to get up at 2am every day. Lol

      So my gym time is after at least a 12hr day at my garage and then an hour and a half drive home.6 days a week.

      Thanks my friend. You're absolutely right about that. So many people find so many excuses on "WHY THEY CAN'T TRAIN" and so few reasons why "THEY MUST TRAIN"!!

      Not me man. Father Time has been chasing me for some time now and thus far I've been beating his ass back!! But he won't take a break so I CAN'T!!

      Hell even with my schedule I workout almost every day,still cook my and my families meals and still travel and do outdoor activities with the family!!

      Like they say..."I'LL GET PLENTY OF REST WHEN IM DEAD"!!! And I'm IMMORTAL so...

      Thanks brother. I'm never using max weights right now so I move really fast between sets. Maybe 30 seconds rest between. Just enough to sip on water or sports drink before banging out my next set. This way it gives me a cardio workout as well as overload my muscles.

      If you stay following my thread, you'll see I regularly use Super Sets, Tri Sets and even Giant Sets in my workouts as well.

      The gear I'm on KICKS ASS and has helped me turn up my BEAST MODE!! And remember,I'm 56!!
