Thanks brother. I'm never using max weights right now so I move really fast between sets. Maybe 30 seconds rest between. Just enough to sip on water or sports drink before banging out my next set. This way it gives me a cardio workout as well as overload my muscles.
If you stay following my thread, you'll see I regularly use Super Sets, Tri Sets and even Giant Sets in my workouts as well.
The gear I'm on KICKS ASS and has helped me turn up my BEAST MODE!! And remember,I'm 56!!
I’m the same way with rest - 30 seconds tops. I use more of an HIT instead of traditional volume, but flop back and forth.

Thanks brother. My legs were rubber today and then my family wanted to go to the Beach and Boardwalk, then Cape May Zoo, then the Lake...Ahhhhhh.
