      Holding at 198 last couple days. Not sure what he's thinking but I do know neither of us expected my weight to jump so fast and he didn't add any food this past week so he must have a reverse diet in mind. It's not as much food as where I left off either. I do t ask many questions honestly, I just follow what he says do and he hasn't let me down yet

      Ten lbs isn’t much could be just water and glycogen refilling some muscle tissue. Great to have confidence in a coach like that.
