I think I gotta pump . While session went well till the last rest pause set of extensions and I shit the bed baaaad. Smashed the ham curls and leg presses tho. I was supposed to do hack squat today but the gym I use for those closes at 6 on Sundays(bullshit I know) so I just did my C workout.
