5/2 back hams
Good good day. Snuck in a rest pause set to save some time but it just felt wrong. My backs been doin so well with the str8 sets and I lost so many reps overall. And I've settled on my back responds better with a little more volume.
Had to use a barbell for rows cause the Smith was taken but they felt really good. I dunno what my deal is with em. They feel great then they don't. I think I just try to progress the weight too fast. They felt heavy AF at 185lbs it then got so many more reps than expected. Whatever, I gotta sick pump LOG: REBOUND/OFF SEASON : BACK TO BASICS
