The food selection you posted looks pretty good just stay away from the sugary items (cereal, soda, desserts) until you get some pounds lost then you can have these things once in a while. And buy some clenbuteral from Pomp’s. Always prioritize protein 1-1.5 grams per pound of body weight. Protein is satiating so you’ll be less hungry for the junk food. Those carb sources you posted aren’t bad either.
