Just curious why leg press instead of squats?
I know squats are very quad dominant, but for overall growth nothing competes for leg day, at least from my experience.
I've been doing cable pull through for my glutes lately, and man once I got used to the motion I'm really liking them.
Looking forward to the log, love it/kill it as Rich Piana used to say.

I’m just not a fan of squats, I have a better connection with leg press

Become a fan! For real the connection you have is most important. To focus on quads directly hit the smith machine for squats.
You can also try high bar squats or low bar to get your quads more. Lots of variations that work.

Safety Bar Squats, I recently purchased one from Titan Fitness and I'm sold, and believe me it will humble you at first.

Cambered bars, anything that positions the weight higher on your back or more towards the upper chest like front squats will have that effect.
Anyways I think he has enough ideas from us for a twenty week cycle.

Donate blood
Tudca
Fish oil
Liver support
Obviously fish oil on the cholesterol side of things.
Tudca is helpful for digestion and liver enzymes.
There are other liver support supplements
That can be taken.
Our intention is to get you off on the right foot. What you are doing is what most of us do pre-cycle. Get everything in line make sure you are healthy and get ready to kill it for several months.

Relative to your current test level no. If it was mine I would think it was perfect.
