Obviously fish oil on the cholesterol side of things.
Tudca is helpful for digestion and liver enzymes.
There are other liver support supplements
That can be taken.

Relative to your current test level no. If it was mine I would think it was perfect.

calories 2800 slowly tapering up to 3200
weight is 227
haven’t seen any super great progress yet
PRs are all the same as they were
i am feeling a more deeper mind muscle connection, and definitely a way better pump.
hoping to see much more progress this week now that things will be more steady in my system

Any progress? I am new too and curious how the split is treating you. Looks like a good spread of lifts.
