calories 2800 slowly tapering up to 3200
weight is 227
haven’t seen any super great progress yet
PRs are all the same as they were
i am feeling a more deeper mind muscle connection, and definitely a way better pump.
hoping to see much more progress this week now that things will be more steady in my system
